Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account through the mobile application, you may do so by following these steps:

  • Open the Hattie B's Hot Chicken app and sign in.
  • Tap the Account tab.
  • Navigate to Account Info, then select Account Details.
  • Select Delete Account and confirm your request.

Once a deletion request is submitted, your account will be deactivated and your personal information will be removed within 24 hours. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

California Privacy Rights
