As a member of our Coop Club, every time you make a qualifying purchase, you will automatically collect points. For every $1 spent, you will earn 10 points. You can then exchange these points for rewards.

You will automatically collect points when you place a direct order using your registered credit/debit card or upload a receipt in your app.

Your points should appear moments after your purchase, but it can take up to three business days, based on your credit card provider and bank's handling time.

You can see your current point balance in the app by clicking on Rewards.

Your points will expire 12 months after they were earned. You can check Terms and Conditions for information about points expiration and the Expiring Points page to see when your points are expiring. You can find the Expiring Points page by clicking on your points balance and selecting the Expiring Points tab. If you have points expiring in the next three months, you will also see a note on the Rewards page.

Each time your point balance reaches 1000 points, it will convert to a $10 reward automatically.

Navigate to your cart and apply the reward you want to use. Please note that some rewards will only be available based on what's already in your cart, so we recommend waiting until you're ready to check out before applying rewards.

Yes, you can! You have two ways of redeeming rewards in store: 1) open the app, navigate to Rewards, and present the QR code to staff to scan; or 2) ask a staff member to look up your rewards via the phone number or email address associated with your account.

Unfortunately, you cannot use your Coop Club rewards with a DoorDash order. Rewards may only be redeemed through the Hattie B’s app or in a Hattie B’s restaurant.

Yes, your points will load to your account automatically, but only if you are using a credit/debit card already linked to your account.

To receive points for a cash purchase, you must upload your receipt in your app or online after the purchase.

At this time, you can only redeem one reward per purchase.

Yes! For example, if you have spent $30 so far, you will have 300 points in your account. Any existing rewards that you have already earned will transfer over as well.
